You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management to ensure beta customers receive a reliable and well-supported testing experience.ResponsibilitiesDevice Preparation & SetupInstall, configure, and upgrade pre-GA hardware and software for alpha and beta useValidate baseline functionality prior to deployment to test participantsPartner with engineering teams to understand build requirements and device readiness criteriaUser Support & Issue TriageProvide first-level support to beta participants during active testingTroubleshoot common issues including firmware installation, connectivity, device configuration, and factory resetsCollect diagnostic logs and document issues with clear, reproducible steps for escalation to engineeringEnsure issue reports in the beta platform contain all required information before routing to Product or Engineering teamsShipping & Deployment CoordinationCoordinate global shipment of beta devices to customers in alignment with program timelinesTrack deliveries and resolve shipping exceptionsPartner with internal logistics resources to ensure timely and accurate deliveryInventory & Asset ManagementMaintain accurate records of all beta devices, assignments, and current statusTrack allocation across active programs and ensure hardware availabilityReconcile inventory at program milestones and flag discrepanciesDevice Recovery & Program CloseoutCoordinate return and recovery of beta hardware following program completionEnsure devices are reset, inspected, and returned to available inventorySupport program closeout activities including final inventory reconciliationQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferredPrevious experience with hardware/software troubleshooting, technical support, or customer-facing roles is a plusAbility to adjust to constantly shifting schedules and time demandsHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to track and support multiple programs concurrentlyProficient with modern technology; able to learn new systems and tools quicklyRequired CompetenciesCurious and self-directed learner with a genuine interest in technology and product developmentCreative problem-solver who adapts to the unpredictable nature of new product developmentCustomer-oriented with a consistently friendly and helpful demeanorDetail-oriented with strong execution disciplineCollaborative team member who also works effectively with minimal supervisionEffective communicator across technical and non-technical audiencesPreferredFamiliarity with beta program management platforms (e.g., Centercode)Familiarity with Unified Communications technologies such as video codecs, VoIP, enterprise headsets, and software (Teams, Zoom)Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SmartsheetPrevious pre-release or beta testing experienceFamiliarity on leveraging AI technologies for problem solving.Compensation And BenefitsThe pay range for this role is $198,050.00 -142,150.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
