In this role, you will prepare pre-release hardware and software for deployment, coordinate shipments to beta customers worldwide, provide first-level support to test participants, and maintain accurate inventory of beta assets.\nThis role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to build a career in product delivery. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management to ensure beta customers receive a reliable and well-supported testing experience.\nResponsibilities\nDevice Preparation & Setup\nInstall, configure, and upgrade pre-GA hardware and software for alpha and beta use\nValidate baseline functionality prior to deployment to test participants\nPartner with engineering teams to understand build requirements and device readiness criteria\nUser Support & Issue Triage\nProvide first-level support to beta participants during active testing\nTroubleshoot common issues including firmware installation, connectivity, device configuration, and factory resets\nCollect diagnostic logs and document issues with clear, reproducible steps for escalation to engineering\nEnsure issue reports in the beta platform contain all required information before routing to Product or Engineering teams\nShipping & Deployment Coordination\nCoordinate global shipment of beta devices to customers in alignment with program timelines\nTrack deliveries and resolve shipping exceptions\nPartner with internal logistics resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery\nInventory & Asset Management\nMaintain accurate records of all beta devices, assignments, and current status\nTrack allocation across active programs and ensure hardware availability\nReconcile inventory at program milestones and flag discrepancies\nDevice Recovery & Program Closeout\nCoordinate return and recovery of beta hardware following program completion\nEnsure devices are reset, inspected, and returned to available inventory\nSupport program closeout activities including final inventory reconciliation\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred\nPrevious experience with hardware/software troubleshooting, technical support, or customer-facing roles is a plus\nAbility to adjust to constantly shifting schedules and time demands\nHigh level of written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to track and support multiple programs concurrently\nProficient with modern technology; able to learn new systems and tools quickly\nRequired Competencies\nCurious and self-directed learner with a genuine interest in technology and product development\nCreative problem-solver who adapts to the unpredictable nature of new product development\nCustomer-oriented with a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor\nDetail-oriented with strong execution discipline\nCollaborative team member who also works effectively with minimal supervision\nEffective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences\nPreferred\nFamiliarity with beta program management platforms (e.g., Centercode)\nFamiliarity with Unified Communications technologies such as video codecs, VoIP, enterprise headsets, and software (Teams, Zoom)\nFamiliarity with project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet\nPrevious pre-release or beta testing experience\nFamiliarity on leveraging AI technologies for problem solving.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe pay range for this role is $ 98,050.00 -142,150.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
