Agile Project Manager Contractor
RequirementsUS Citizen only.Only W2.No C2CLocal to Dallas, TX.Fully committed and willing to learn as per the Agile concept of Chicken and Pig.Services Provided to the Project TeamFacilitating agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Tracking and managing project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery.Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders.Ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and best practices.Project Management ResponsibilitiesLead standard Lean Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Demos, Planning Sessions.Effectively manage and use JIRA for daily Team Execution.Translate JIRA Execution into MS Project deliverables.Support preparation and coordination for weekly program reviews across different project managers.Identify opportunities to accelerate team deliverables beyond the requirements.Maintain the team/project Risk Register and hold risk reviews with the Development Team.Communicate and manage project vision with project leadership to ensure alignment with project plan and scope.Coordinate with senior leaders and executives to define business objectives, scope, and funding needs.Translate deliverables and develop detailed project schedules to meet business objectives and goals.Build highly effective project teams and establish relationships with stakeholders.Communicate expectations and instill accountability in team members.Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals.Apply project management principles to ensure on-time delivery of product capabilities that meet customer requirements.Make timely and sound business decisions that support business objectives.Summarize and present key information and data-driven metrics to senior leadership.Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management.Participate in continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.Provide direction and leadership to team members who do not report directly (leadership without authority).Ability to take on roles in an Agile framework, such as Scrum Master, Product Manager, or Product Owner.
