Every day you'll help ensure our products are built correctly, tested thoroughly, and ready to perform when they're needed most.\nDay to day, that looks like:\nAssembling finished products and subassemblies using hand tools and assembly equipment\nReading basic diagrams and following work instructions to ensure products are built to specification\nInspecting your work and identifying any defects before products move to the next stage\nUsing quality standards to ensure every product meets Valcom expectations\nWorking with your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe, organized work area\nCross-training on multiple product lines to support changing production needs\nThe Environment\nYou'll work in a manufacturing environment with low to moderate noise, assembling products alongside an experienced team. You'll spend most of your day on your feet, using hand tools, handling small components, and moving between workstations.
