The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field\nProfessional certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA)\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering or facilities management\nExperience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and or (CMMS)\nKnowledge of sustainable building practices and LEED certification, Proficiency in energy management and conservation techniques. Hazmat Training and Knowledge\nExcellent leadership and team management abilities with strong project management skills\nExcellent problem-solving abilities, Strong analytical and organizational skills\nExperience with CAD, Solidworks software and facilities design\nFamiliarity with industry safety standards and regulations\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SAP, Smartsheets, and other relevant software\nUnderstanding of HVAC, electrical, steam, and plumbing systems\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nComputer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software, Microsoft Word and be able to navigate ERP, CMMS, websites and systems with ease.
