Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Migrations & ArchitectureCharlotte, NC | HybridWe’re hiring for an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help deliver a major on-prem → Azure transformation programme. This role is focused on architecture, migration planning, and working with MSP partners to move enterprise workloads into modern Azure environments.We’re looking for someone strong in infrastructure design, hybrid networking, and large-scale migration projects.What you'll be doing• Design Azure landing zones and target infrastructure architectures• Lead and support VMware / on-prem → Azure migration projects• Work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) delivering migration workstreams• Define Azure networking and hybrid connectivity• Support datacenter exit and infrastructure modernization programmes• Produce architecture, migration plans, and technical standards• Ensure secure, scalable, enterprise-grade Azure environmentsKey experience• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure• Experience delivering enterprise cloud migrations• Background in VMware / enterprise infrastructure environments• Azure networking• Hybrid identity and connectivity (Entra ID / AD Connect / ExpressRoute)• Experience working with MSPs or external delivery partnersNice to have• Azure Landing Zone / Cloud Adoption Framework experience• Datacenter exit programmes• Azure certifications (AZ-104 / AZ-305)If you're interested in helping shape a large-scale Azure transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
