In this role you will combine engineering, data analysis, customer engagement, and project management to support safe, scalable, and cost-effective operations across ID Logistics' national network of large-scale distribution and contract packaging facilities. The position plays a key role in designing and redesigning warehouse solutions, evaluating productivity, and driving process improvements that enhance operational performance while supporting customer needs and business growth.\nLocation: Hybrid on site\nWork Schedule: M-F 8am-5:30pm with flexibility to work outside of normal business hours for any site level emergencies\nTravel Specifics: Up to 25-50% depending on project needs across sites and subject to change based on business needs\nCompetitive Compensation: A competitive total rewards package including an attractive annual salary $100,000-$120,000, performance-based bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays.
