This position reports to the Manager of Treasury.RESPONSIBILITES:Assist Treasury Manager and Treasury Director with daily cash management activities including maintenance and optimization of Treasury Management SystemMonitor and analyze bank feesAdminister intercompany loan book and documents including renewals, drawdowns and payments. Facilitate the settlement of loan interest and look for opportunistic ways to paydown loans. FBAR tracking for US account signersDay to day administration of bank accounts, including Account openings and closures, bank documentation, KYC and signer updatesWeekly cash balance and transaction reporting. Assist with audit requests and reviewing documents prior to submission. backup for the client account process; incentive payments, daily deposits, payment batches and billing transactions. Respond to inquiries on status of payment and deposits. Other ad-hoc requests and projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field2-4 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including 1-3 years treasury experienceProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, and treasury management software a plus, but not required. Experience in banking platformsAbility to work independently in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Deliver accurate work products on time.
