You will assist with training coordination, partnering with Division, Site, and Facility Leadership to promote and manage a proactive and effective department training program to meet business, plant, function, and individual goals in support of a highly reliable and sustainable workforce.\r\nEssential Job Functions:Handle routine and non-routine administrative tasks with little direction from supervisor.\r\nManage and oversee library implementer (Documentum) ensuring compliance with Olin's document management system.\r\nLead overall Olin Management System (OMS) \"implement\" and \"maintain\" efforts for the department.\r\nAssist in the identification and training of department Element Focal Points.\r\nProvide support for new member on-boarding process and department transfers.\r\nGather department data and prepare routine reports; design and maintain spreadsheets.\r\nIn conjunction with Leadership, owns and coordinates the development, implementation, and maintenance of the department training program and curriculum to ensure effective and efficient training of facility personnel in compliance with all training policies and requirements.\r\nEnsure all required employee training records are up to date, maintained and tracked to deliver 100% compliance.
