This role owns the end-to-end content lifecycle for training that supports Last Mile Operations, from associates through all levels of leadership.\n\nAs a Program Manager in the Last Mile Content team, you will create, maintain, and optimize instructional content across multiple modalities, including Umbrella modules, Mini IAT (MIAT), LEARN e-learnings, Canva-based materials, and more. You will operate in a sprint-based methodology with t-shirt-sized SLAs ranging from one to 15 days, partnering with subject matter experts, program teams, and 3P vendors to deliver timely, high-quality training that drives measurable improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong instructional design skills, experience building training content at scale, and the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced operations environment.
