Interviews applicants and requests specified information for loan application. Structures credits in a manner consistent with SBA program guidelines. Develops customer relationships through friendly, courteous and responsive service. Promotes Bank's services to current and potential customers through industry-specific trade shows. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
