Senior Business AnalystSalary: $80k-$100k + 10% bonusLocation: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TXHybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote*We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role*QualificationsBachelor's degree3+ years of related experienceExperience in Agile and software developmentPreferred business experience in clearinghouse activitiesExperience using Confluence and JiraExperience with process modeling tools such as VisioExperience in SQL, Java, Containerization, AWS, DevOps, Windows, C# environmentsKnowledge and/or vested interest inEvent driven applications, streaming and batch analytics technologiesCloud technologies; experience working with AWSData management and visualization tools (SQL, Figma, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.)Complex data analytics supported by python and RFundamentals of virtual and physical infrastructure provisioning, networking, and data storage managementResponsibilitiesAct as a partner to both the business and the technology teamsIdentify scope gaps and missing requirements by acquiring an in-depth understanding of current state (i.e., legacy system) and future stateIdentify product team dependencies and plan for resolutionWork cross-functionally to analyze and define key stakeholder business needsPerform requirements analysis, story decomposition, system integration analysis, and data flow designRegularly engage in agile activities including sprint planning and backlog grooming.Act as an advisor to the Product owner regarding next steps and approvalsBuild high quality user stories and acceptance criteria; work with scrum team to refine user storiesProvide requirement and design support to scrum teamSupport development of user interface requirements and design by collaborating with UI/UX tools and teamsSupport or develop test plans and test cases; participate in test results verificationAssist in building cross-team collaboration and define acceptance criteria for integrated componentsAdhere to analysis best practices for epics and user storiesAssists in developing and maintaining policies, standards, guidelines and documentation to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the enterprise
