This is an entry-level position, and previous fixture assembly or manufacturing experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided.\n\nThe Fixture Assembler is responsible for assembling and preparing fixture and tooling components according to established work instructions and quality requirements. This position is well suited for someone who has strong attention to detail, and is interested in learning manufacturing and tooling processes.\n\nWork Schedule:\n\nMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM\n\nBenefits:\n\nCompetitive pay.\nComprehensive benefits package.\nPaid time off (PTO).\nCompany-paid holidays.\nRequirements:\n\nAssemble fixtures and tooling components according to established work instructions and specifications.\n\nUse basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.\n\nFit, position, and secure components as required during the assembly process.\n\nPerform visual inspections of components and completed assemblies to identify defects or inconsistencies.\n\nMaintain accurate organization of parts, materials, and completed assemblies.\n\nLearn fixture assembly processes and equipment through provided on-the-job training.\n\nCommunicate any quality concerns, damaged components, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.\n\nAssist with other production or manufacturing duties as needed.\n\nQualifications\n\nNo previous fixture assembly experience required; training will be provided.\n\nPrevious manufacturing, production, assembly, or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required.\n\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions.\n\nGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nDependable attendance and punctuality.\n\nWillingness and ability to learn new processes and procedures.\n\nBasic familiarity with hand tools is preferred but not required.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to stand and/or sit for extended periods while performing assembly work.\n\nAbility to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.\n\nAbility to handle small parts, tools, and components with accuracy.\n\nAbility to bend, reach, and perform other movements associated with a manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to safely lift and move materials as required by the position.\n\nWhy Join StenTech?\n\nStenTech provides an opportunity to learn valuable manufacturing and assembly skills in a team-oriented environment.
