To showcase our technology in a real-world environment, we are opening a small fast-casual restaurant that will serve as our flagship business and live demo site.We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager (5+ years of experience) who is excited about operational excellence and the future of kitchen automation.What you’ll do:Run the Restaurant: Manage all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring high standards for food quality and guest service.Bridge Tech & Operations: Partner closely with our engineering team. You'll provide critical, real-world feedback on robot performance and help optimize kitchen workflows.Build the Team: Recruit, train, and lead a lean, efficient restaurant team for this new launch.Manage the Business: Oversee inventory, local compliance, health inspections, and day-to-day store performance.What we are looking for:5+ Years of Asian/Chinese Cuisine Experience: Proven track record with 5+ years in restaurant management, with specific and deep experience managing Asian or Chinese restaurant concepts.Independent Operational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to independently build, organize, and operate an entire restaurant team and workflow from the ground up.High Adaptability & Resilience under Pressure: Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to handle the high-stress, fast-paced environment of a restaurant opening. You are a natural problem solver who stays calm and keeps operations running smoothly when unexpected kitchen or service challenges arise.
