Business Analyst - Agile (Siebel CRM) - Onsite

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and technical teams to clarify requirements prior to sprint planning.Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and PI planning.Support solution design, sprint execution, and timely delivery of assigned user stories.Maintain requirements, design documentation, and support test case preparation as per standards.Track and manage user stories and tasks using JIRA or equivalent tools.Support sprint demos, deployments, go-live, and infant-care activities within the SOW scope.Ensure adherence to Agile metrics, documentation standards, and delivery quality expectations.Skills & ExperienceExperience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong user story writing and stakeholder communication skillsHands-on experience with Siebel CRM (or similar CRM platforms)Proficiency with JIRA or Agile tools
