What You'll Do
As a Janitorial Training Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality janitorial services while empowering clients through training and support. You'll coordinate daily operations, maintain strong customer relationships, and help ensure every contract reflects the professionalism and mission of COR Enterprises.
While this role operates independently, you'll remain connected to a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Preferred experience in Human Services or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years janitorial experience required
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
Excellent customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
Computer literacy with general knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to stand, move, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
ScheduleEmployment Details
Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Flexible hours as operational needs require
Non-Exempt position
Twelve (12) month probationary period
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required for employees operating company vehicles
Work Environment
May encounter physical and/or verbal aggression
Possible exposure to Blood Borne Pathogens; Personal Protective Equipment provided and required
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
Train and mentor clients in janitorial tasks while promoting independence and confidence
Prepare for and attend PSP and 6-month review meetings and implement action plans
OperationsQuality
Coordinate production schedules
Monitor quality assurance processes and maintain accurate documentation
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment readiness
Maintain daily training records, time sheets, and incident reports
CustomerContract Support
Maintain strong relationships with contract customers through excellent service
Respond to service calls and resolve concerns promptly
Support contracting functions and maintain quality control standards
SafetyProfessionalism
Follow all safety procedures and promote a culture of accountability
Maintain confidentiality and uphold COR Enterprises' Code of Ethics
Complete required certifications and trainings
