This role is central to monitoring product health, executing firmware\nqualifications, and enhancing our quality infrastructure through automation and data\nanalysis.Key Responsibilities\n1. Component Reliability and Monitoring\nASR/DPPM Monitoring: Establish and maintain active monitoring of Annualized Failure\nRate (ASR) alerts for TLC/SLC SSDs. Perform failure analysis, including pareto charting\nfor all data and boot SSDs on AI/CnS systems.\nData Analysis: Conduct in-depth SSD parametric data analysis and review DPPM\n(Defective Parts Per Million) and VLRR (Vendor Lot Rejection Rate) findings to provide\nactionable feedback.\nAlert Triage: Own the process for triaging and resolving SSD Endurance alerts.\nSustaining Engineering: Manage SSD sustaining activities, including firmware (FW)\nqualifications, Change Requests (CRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and\nhandling FAVE/MTE escalations.\nLab Support: Provide hands-on lab support, specifically modify and execute tests in\nin-house test framework in Python and executing JQ (Joint Qual) working with SSD\nVendors, on limited sample SSDs, including next-generation QLC technology.\n2. Quality Infrastructure and Reporting\nDashboard Management: Partner with SCAI or other resources to maintain current\nquality dashboards and drive the development of new dashboards for improved visibility\nand reporting.\n3.
