Grow with us and be a part of our legacy in our brand new, state-of-the-art production facility!What will you do as a Shipping/Routing Clerk?Verify that box labels match work ordersPrint shipping labels as necessaryCommunicate with the Routing or Finishing Department if discrepancies ariseRe-box damaged boxes as necessaryLoad available UPS and FedEx trailersOrganize EDI ordersOrganize and maintain storage containersPull orders and place on pallets to be shippedPerform quality control checks on box and pallet conditionsDeliver boxes to the Shipping DepartmentIf certified, make deliveries locally and to our Holleman locationIf certified, assist in the loading of LTL and Freight shipmentsIf certified, assist in maintaining overhead rack space in the warehouseConsistently follow all safety and operational procedures Additional RequirementsPossess a Texas Driver's License (minimum of Class C) and a clean driving recordForklift certified or ability to obtain certificationBasic computer skillsAbility to self-manage and work primarily independentlyExcellent communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per dayPhysical ability to stand on a concrete surface The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
