The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.\r\nJob Skills / Requirements\r\nIn this role, you will:\r\nPerform client contact as requested by the General Manager and complete associated reports promptly.\r\nEffectively handle client issues and concerns.\r\nHandle employee issues and concerns effectively.\r\nAssist with processing payroll, and assist with the scheduling of Security Officers, when needed.\r\nAssist with screening, interviewing, and hiring guards as needed.\r\nSupport all other division sales through leads and/or community contacts.\r\nOn-call/available 24 hours per day for contact in case of emergency.\r\nDevelop assigned personnel to assure the highest levels of performance and standards.\r\nConduct performance appraisals of assigned personnel.\r\nSupervise assigned personnel to provide direction.\r\nAttend regularly scheduled meetings.\r\nOversee the distribution and maintenance of company-issued phones and/or other electronic devices.\r\nResponsible for overseeing the training program for Security Officers and supervisory personnel, including safety training.\r\nOversee the creation, publication, distribution, and revision of post-order manuals for all job sites.\r\nOversee the management of company vehicles.\r\nPerform post-inspections and ride along with supervisory personnel periodically to ensure the quality of service.\r\nEnsure employees adhere to all company policies and procedures.\r\nTravel, as required. Some overnight travel is expected.\r\nMaintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with Per Mar Security Services' internal/external customers.\r\nAdhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance.\r\nAdhere to, be aware of, and follow all safety procedures and proper use of all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).\r\nAll other reasonable duties as assigned by the Physical Security General Manager, specific to the operation of daily business functions.\r\nWillingness to become involved with professional and civic organizations that will enhance Per Mar's image and profitability.\r\nHire, train, and mentor direct reports.\r\nAddress performance and behavior issues promptly.\r\nWhat you'll need:\r\nHigh School Diploma or GED\r\nBachelor's degree (B.
