GlobalFoundries Global Performance Finance Team is hiring an experienced and highly motivated Anaplan Solution Architect to help shape the future of connected planning and forecasting for FP&A. The chosen candidate will act as a functional and technical SME to our Finance and Business Ops teams to implement best-in-class Anaplan solutions, providing the support needed to make strategic decisions across our organization. The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills, has in-depth experience in designing and building Financial, labor, and business planning models, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and thrives in a multi-national/time zone and fast-paced environment.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nIdentity and transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business issues into scalable, transparent, and efficient Anaplan models.\nOptimize existing models and incorporate new functionalities as part of connected planning solution.\nServe as architectural SME for large-scale Anaplan connected planning system.\nGuide the key stakeholders through \"The Anaplan Way\" implementation methodology.\nProvide meaningful feedback and update in a timely manner to our business partners.\nConfigure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs.\nParticipate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment.\nDefine user roles and permissions in Anaplan.\nParticipate in data integration design and support for existing and new integrations.\nDevelop model documentation.\nProvide production support and training to Anaplan global user base.\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs\nRequired Qualifications:\nCertified Anaplan Solution Architect\n3 years or more experience of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions as Anaplan or Pigment Model Builder and Solution Architect.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel/Financial modeling skills.\nProven knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile method)\nAbility to translate current spreadsheet models to effective and efficient Anaplan model designs.
