The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise systems administration, team leadership, and extensive experience with enterprise operating systems and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) patch management tools (e.g., WSUS, MECM, Tanium, etc) as well as experience working with government IT security requirements.\nThe preferred work location for this role is 2-3 days onsite in Chantilly, VA with remaining days remote.\n\nResponsibilities:\nServe as an experienced MECM engineer assisting with the design and implementation of the MECM/Intune solution for the DAF.\nEnsuring the design of the solution is scalable to meet DAF needs/growth\nEstablishing procedures based on industry best practices for both routine and zero-day patch management\nDeploy applications and application updates based on defined criteria\nRemediate issues related to failed patches or applications and conflicts related to patching\nCreate documentation/SOPs for new procedures and manual steps to complete tasks for soft hand-offs and cross-training of support personnel\nOperate and maintain the overall MECM infrastructure supporting the enterprise\nTrack all relevant SLA/SLRs and provide reports as required\nCollaborate with DAF enterprise and program security teams to ensure requirements are met within allotted timeframes\nCommunicate effectively and collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and peers\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired:\nActive Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance\n10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).\nExperience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updates\nExperience building/deploying application packages in SCCM 2012/MECM Current Branch\nExperience managing a large MECM infrastructure\nExperience managing Windows Servers and Workstations (mobile devices a plus)\nExperience with Adaptiva OneSite/Client Health\nExperience working in a DoD environment\nFamiliarity with STIG requirements\nFamiliarity with ITILv4\nFamiliarity with Agile Scrum methodologies\nStrong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nDesired:\nPrior Air Force or government program experience\nExperience with ServiceNow\nActs independently to expose and resolve problems\nWhat You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
