You'll be part of a team dedicated to helping related service providers feel connected, empowered, and supported throughout the school year.\nSchedule: Full-Time (36 hours/week)\nDates: August 4, 2026 – May 21, 2027\nSetting: Two Elementary Schools\nOnsite Position\nResponsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations\nDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)\nProvide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and school teams\nTrain and coach educators and support staff on evidence-based behavior strategies\nAnalyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress\nParticipate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions\nCollaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers\nMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements\nQualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification\nActive Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required\nCandidates must provide a current CDE license or COOL profile\nMinimum of one year of classroom experience required\nExperience working with elementary-aged students preferred\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\nCompensation Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually\nWhy AnthroMed?
