We look forward to hearing from you!Role OverviewCNH Industrial is looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to provide staff augmentation support across the Cybersecurity and Identity teams. The individual will support several large, strategic IT initiatives and help drive coordination, execution, governance, and accountability across the programs.This is not intended to be a highly specialized technical role. The ideal candidate is a strong program/project leader who understands cybersecurity and identity environments and can work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate large-scale IT programs involving Cybersecurity and Identity.Drive program execution, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.Coordinate across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.Provide structure, organization, and accountability around complex initiatives.Track risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions.Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.Help establish and maintain program governance and reporting.Provide leadership visibility into program status, challenges, risks, and next steps.Help ensure initiatives remain aligned with CNH's broader IT and cybersecurity objectives.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe candidate should be a senior-level IT Program Manager who is comfortable operating in a large, complex enterprise environment.Key characteristics:Strong program/project management background.Experience managing large, complex IT initiatives.Familiarity with Cybersecurity and/or Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs.Able to work effectively with highly technical teams without needing to be the technical subject-matter expert.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Comfortable working with senior IT and cybersecurity leadership.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.Strong executive-level reporting and presentation skills.Able to influence teams and drive accountability without having direct authority over them.What We Should Look For in RecruitingThe strongest candidates will likely come from large enterprise environments where they have managed programs involving areas such as:Cybersecurity transformationIdentity / IAMZero TrustSecurity modernizationCloud securityInfrastructure/security transformationRegulatory or compliance initiativesEnterprise technology programsM&A technology integrationLarge-scale application or infrastructure modernizationSeniority: Target a seasoned Program Manager rather than a junior PM.
