The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for business growth, and mentoring the sales team to achieve high performance. Collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals will also be part of this role.QualificationsFluent in Chinese and English (reading and writing)Proven experience in sales strategy, sales management, and business developmentStrong knowledge of market analysis and client relationship managementExcellent leadership and team management skillsOutstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesProficiency in data analysis and sales performance tracking toolsAbility to work onsite in Westbury, NYPrior experience in the food import/export industry is an advantage
