Design has been at Adobe's core since it was founded almost 40 years ago. In this role you'll be at the innovative center of our mission to enable creativity for all.\nWhat you'll do\n\nConduct innovative research and development at the intersection of Generative AI and Design\n\nDesign, architect and build data insight tools and models for improving design iteration & output with AI\n\nAbility to convert a research idea/paper to code in Python and typical machine learning development toolkits.\n\nWork directly with Design and Product Management to iterate on and refine algorithms that power automatic design generation.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct evaluation studies with multiple iterations of algorithmic and generative intelligence models.\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot the production environment.\n\nPerform code reviews, code hygiene, bug triages and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs.\n\nWrite automation scripts for testing and for classifying training data for training generative models.\n\nAnalyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of web applications.\n\nEmbrace and extend modern development practices, testing methodologies, and tooling to ensure quality and performance in all phases of development\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed\n\nExcitement toward building the future of design assistance tools.\n\nExperience with LLM technologies\n\nExperience with machine learning (ML) frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with teams distributed across the globe.\n\nA positive attitude toward resolving cross-team challenges and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.\n\nAbility to work independently and take initiative.\n\nEnthusiasm for R&D / prototyping and technical discussion.\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $150,700 -- $284,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.\n\nAt Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
