A proactive approach to continuous improvement and the ability to operate within ITIL‑based incident and change management processes are key to success in this role:\nExpectations From TheRole: Act as senior escalation for network/security incidents\nLead root cause analysis and resolution\nSupport Aruba switching, controllers, and Wi‑Fi\nPerform changes, upgrades, and migrations\nFollow ITIL processes and maintain documentation\nParticipate in on‑call rota and major incident response\nRequirements For ASuccessful Application: 5+ years networking experience\nStrong Palo Alto firewall experience\nExperience with Aruba networking (switching/wireless)\nStrong routing & switching skills (OSPF, TCP/IP, VLANs)\nVPN technologies (IPSec, remote access)\nITIL / managed services experience\nStrong troubleshooting skills\nPalo Alto certs (PCNSE/PCNSA)\nSD‑WAN exposure\nStrong problem‑solving\nAbility to work in high‑pressure environments\nCustomer-focused mindset\nOthers: We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
