If you are looking for a company that puts residents before revenue, we encourage you to apply!Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to transport residents, staff, and materials to and from appointments, activities, and community outings. The Driver plays a key role in ensuring timely, comfortable, and safe transportation services.Responsibilities Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and facility-related activities. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage records, and schedules. Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair securement. Comply with all state and federal transportation regulations and facility policies. Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
