Bring your fresh perspective, develop your strengths, break out your mold, and find a career that fits your dreams with us.\r\nThe Maintenance Planner plans and manages supply chain resources and demand processes to ensure the business meets agreed customer service targets at minimal operating cost and optimum stock levels.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nDevelop minimum-executable work packages by defining clear scope, field-ready operation lines with estimated hours, required materials, and basic safety, access, and isolation requirements, and advance the SAP work order to REL system status and PRTS (Planner Ready to Schedule) user status only when it is executable.\r\nPlan only approved, priority-aligned work that is expected to be scheduled within the next 23 weeks\r\nIdentify all required materials for each planned work order and verify with the Storeroom whether materials are on-hand, kitted, or must be procured, including validation of procurement lead times when parts are not stocked.\r\nUntil a schedule-ready backlog exists, the Planner may temporarily support scheduling to enable execution; scheduling ownership remains with the Scheduler.\r\nBacklog cleanup and normalization.\r\nJob plan optimization or library development.\r\nPlanning audits or standards enforcement.\r\nHistorical data correction.\r\nRequirements:\r\nBachelor's degree or Industry-related degree preferred.\r\n5-10 years in plant maintenance or construction, emphasizing planning, scheduling, and management in an industrial setting.\r\nProficiency in SAP, maintenance scheduling tools, and reading construction drawings.\r\nCMRP certification preferred for expertise in maintenance and reliability.\r\nStrong problem-solving, communication, organization, leadership, and team-building abilities.\r\nUnderstanding of mechanical and instrument process equipment and precision maintenance practices.\r\nDiligence, reliability, cost awareness, and ability to work under pressure.\r\nHands-on experience with craft work in a plant environment.\r\nSummary Compensation & Benefits:\r\nCompensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
