Our mission is to help residents recover safely, maximize independence, and return home whenever possible.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $60–$65/hour BOEFlexible Per Diem schedulePositive and collaborative team environmentOngoing training and professional developmentEmployee appreciation and recognition programsOpportunity to make a meaningful difference every dayGeneral PurposeThe Occupational Therapist evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions to improve independence with daily living skills, mobility, safety, and overall functional performance.Essential DutiesEvaluate residents and determine occupational therapy needs and rehabilitation potentialDevelop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plansProvide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and safetyCommunicate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families regarding progress and goalsParticipate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team conferencesComplete timely, accurate, and compliant documentationEducate residents and caregivers on home programs, adaptive strategies, and fall preventionRecommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices to promote independenceSupervise COTAs and therapy aides as appropriateMaintain a safe treatment environment and follow infection control proceduresQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy requiredMaster’s or Doctorate preferredLicenseCurrent California Occupational Therapy license in good standingPreferred SkillsExperience with Casamba and PointClickCareStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilitiesPassion for patient-centered care and functional outcomesWe are an equal opportunity employer.
