Salary: $80,000
The candidate will be responsible for tracking, assessing, and reporting any RF spectrum regulatory actions related to Federal agencies (NOAA, DoD, DoC, NASA)
Participate and establish technical rules and procedures for spectrum sharing & spectrum coordination with federal agencies and international administrations
Assist regulatory and policy team in evaluating and conducting analysis on new rulemaking procedures and submissions
Conduct Matlab analysis
Establish technical parameters and standards governing the use of each frequency band or specific service, if applicable
knowledge of FCC rules, procedures, and rule-making processes
Job Requirements
Demonstrated ability to perform complex engineering analysis
Ability to use RF engineering tools
Possess excellent written & communications skills in English
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Data & Visualization: Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI
Languages: Python, R, C++, Java, MATLAB, JavaScript/HTML/CSS
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 1-2 years of direct engineering experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in satellite & cellular telecommunications’ industry.
1+ years of experience in RF spectrum management engineering
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
