Schedule: 5 day work week including - Saturday,Sunday & Holidays Responsibilities Exceeding customer expectations byproviding outstanding customer service and knowledge of our products andservices. Greet customers in a timely, friendly, non-pressured andprofessional manner. Focus on daily, weekly and monthly goals set bysales managers. Attend, participate and contribute to company meetingsand training sessions to improve performance and enhance knowledge andskills. Acts as an ambassador for Cardis Furniture implementing creativeideas for additional business by networking, prospecting , including theuse of social media. Contribute to an upbeat, positive work environment.Entering all sales orders in the system correctly and reviewing withcustomer 100% of the time for completeness and accuracy Performadditional functions that may be assigned at the discretion ofManagement. Required Skills Requirements Ability To Work a Retailschedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Interior design orsales experience/knowledge a plus but not required. Physically able tobe on your feet and move throughout our showrooms over an 8-12 hour workday. Ability to maintain emotional composure in a professional businesssetting with customers, peers and management. Strong work ethic anddependability a must General computer proficiency Professional dressRequired WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The Physical Demandsdescribed here are representative of those that must be met by anemployee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Work performed in a store environment. Use of personal cell phone for customer contact and follow upand personal computer tablet for room sketching. Regularly required toview, see, manipulate and handle product to demonstrate to customers.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision,distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception andability to adjust focus. The employee continuously walks or stands onthe stores showroom floor. Stands for extended periods of time. Theemployee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel,reach with hands and arms and required to lift and carry small items upto 30 pounds, such as lamps, etc
