Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations. This role will analyze supply chain data, identify trends and inefficiencies, and develop recommendations to improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience working with ERP systems and large datasets.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, procurement, transportation, and supplier performanceDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational performanceIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsInventory & Demand Planning:Support inventory planning and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levelsAnalyze demand trends and forecast accuracy to improve planning effectivenessMonitor inventory turns, stockouts, and excess inventoryProcess Improvement:Evaluate current supply chain workflows and recommend process enhancementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reductionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational changesSupplier & Procurement Support:Track supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery, quality, and lead timesAssist with procurement analysis and vendor management initiativesSupport contract and pricing analysis when neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field1–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or business analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)Experience with large ERP systems preferred
