{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"9cf05c028442f8278b87c364","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9cf05c028442f8278b87c364","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9cf05c028442f8278b87c364","title":"Engineering Program Manager","description":"Engineering Program Manager\n\nLocation: San Antonio, TX as on-site or hybrid on-site with work from home\n\nFull-time, Exempt.\n\nSummary of Position\nThis position is responsible for managing the successful execution of engineering projects and capturing new business.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities\n\nPlan, organize, direct, and run engineering projects\n\nResponsible for cost, schedule, and performance of engineering projects\n\nDevelop IMS, WBS, Project Mgmt, risk Mgmt, and other project documents\n\nPrepare quotes and proposals that are complete, compliant, and compelling\n\nInterface with USGOV, Prime Contractor, and vendor personnel\n\nPrepare and provide project status and financial performance reports\n\nIntegrate AS9100D standards across engineering operations\n\nAllocate resources effectively and manage project budgets to meet profitability goals\n\nDevelop and drive continuous improvement initiatives\n\nParticipate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information technology, security, supply chain management, business development, and human resources.\n\nImplement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus\n\nBuild and maintain a trusting relationship with employees\n\nCommunicate with employees about performance expectations\n\nRecruit, hire, and onboard new staff\n\nIdentify and qualify new business opportunities\n\nLead, support, and/or prepare responses to RFPs, Sources Sought, and RFIs\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nCitizenship verification is required for Export Control compliance.
