They offer the fastest way to run your GitHub Action workflows, by orchestrating your workflows over their fleet of bare-metal gaming CPUs with your build caches co-located right next to your CI jobs. All it takes is a one-line code change.They are looking for a Staff Product/ Full Stack Engineer to set the technical direction for new product(s). This role operates at the organization level, owning architecture, solving complex product problems, and driving 0-1 product initiatives that shape how the company grows and continues to excite customers.You will be one of the key technical authorities and a force multiplier, you’ll raise engineering standards across the team, mentor senior talent and own production outcomes. This is a high impact, hands-on technical leader role.Requirements:7 - 20 years of experience as a full- stack engineer owning 0- to- 1 product builds from end- to- endDesigned, built, deployed exceptional products from 0- to- 1 in high- growth environments (e. g. , start- ups with recognised engineering teams like Ramp/Figma)Experience setting and leading the technical direction of high- value, recognisable products that deliver an exceptional customer experience from the early stagesExperience at a dev tools or infrastructure startup building products for engineersStrong technical fundamentals across the stack (particularly TypeScript and React)Experience with Applied AI or demonstrated and compelling examples of streamlining own workflows with agentic tooling or coding agentsTrack record of leading through influence and shaping technical direction as an ICClear clarity of thought, strong communication skills (inc. ability to explain technical concepts to all stakeholders), and pragmatic about trade- offsWhat you’ll be doingOwn and drive the architectural direction for our new product(s).
