Responsibilities include:Coordinate with supervisors and team leads to ensure production areas are supplied and ready to minimize downtimeOrganize, store, transport, and stage materials, parts, and supplies throughout the facilityAccurately complete routers, tags, and other inventory documentationMaintain accurate inventory and report shortages, overages, or material concernsOperate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facilityComplete inventory and material transactions accurately within OracleDeliver parts and supplies to production teams to maximize efficiencyRemove and distribute empty pallets, baskets, and containers as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport other warehouse and production activities as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Successful candidates will have:Forklift experience preferred; ability to become forklift certified is requiredExperience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is a plusAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to prioritize work with minimal supervisionBasic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete inventory transactionsAbility to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and qualityPhysical Requirements:This position requires the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job, including:Successfully complete a visual acuity examination as required for the positionLift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionallyPush and pull materials weighing up to 25 poundsStand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftFrequently bend, twist, reach overhead, and handle materials throughout the workdayOperate a forklift for extended periodsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the positionWhy Join Us?When you join our team, you'll become part of a company that values teamwork, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
