Our employee benefits packages include:\n\nCompetitive pay: $20-23/hr DOE\nBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage.\nPaid vacation, holidays, and floating holiday.\n401(K) with Company match.\nCompany sponsored life insurance, as well as optional AD&D, short and long-term disability.\nTuition reimbursement.\nEmployee discounts on vehicles, hotels, theme parks, select cell phone bills and so much more.\nPet Insurance.\nLegal Plan, and ID Theft Protection.\nResponsibilities:\n\nJOB SUMMARY\n\nThe Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods including materials, tools, machinery, and uniforms.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nFacility & Safety\n\nMaintains standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.\nMaintains housekeeping of warehouse.\nEnsures the workplace health and safety requirements are met, takes responsibility for the security of the building and stock, and runs shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.\n\nPurchasing\n\nEnsures quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.\nResponds to field communication, locates vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interviews them to determine product availability and sales terms.\nAdministers on-line purchasing systems.\nPrepares and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.\n\nTools, Fleet, & Inventory\n\nMaintains records of goods ordered and received, log all rentals into the rental log and follow up with foreman on status.\nManages stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring; document recording and data entry into system.\nIssues inventory report, in/out status report, dead stock report, goods age report, and consumption report.\nReturns all materials not required on a project or that were delivered incorrectly.\nResponsible for tool inventory and control: § Tool transfers log in/out form, clean up, maintenance and repair of tools\nUpdates and maintains inventory tool list, delivery of tools to the jobsite.\nOccasionally pick up or deliver parts to jobsites as needed.\nEmbodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety).\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n\nEducation / Training\n\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 3 years of warehouse experience.\nMinimum 2 years hands-on experience with HVAC and/or Refrigeration concepts.\nForklift operating experience/certification preferred.\n\nWork Experience / Skills\n\nExcellent documentation and communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nAbility to multi-task effectively.\nStrong analytical skills and detail oriented.\nAbility to organize and prioritize your own work schedule and the work schedules of others on a short-term basis.\nAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.\nAbility to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.\nAbility to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.\nJoin Us:\n\nToday, there are 27 different companies that make up the CoolSys family of brands.
