The following are examples of responsibilities:\nServe as the supervisor for all contractor personnel and provide overall program management and oversight to assist the various ATF offices. Duties of the Program Manager include, but are not limited to:\nPlanning and coordinating the activities of the assigned contractor employees.\nEstablishing employee schedules and coordinating priorities.\nAssisting in providing replacement personnel.\nConduct meetings with COR(s) and discuss project activities, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolution.\nProviding oversight and management of all assigned contractor staff to ensure their duties are accomplished. Such oversight is required as work volume fluctuates.
