Responsibilities include deploying and imaging Windows PCs/laptops, setting up workstations and peripherals, replacing hardware, troubleshooting basic technical issues, tracking assets, updating tickets, and providing onsite end-user support.\nRequired Skills\n3+ years of desktop support or PC deployment experience\nWindows desktop/laptop deployment and imaging\nHardware setup, replacement, and peripheral installation\nBasic troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity)\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nExperience with ticketing and documentation\nAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environment\nValid driver's license (or ability to obtain one)\nPreferred Skills\nDesktop refresh or hardware deployment projects\nSCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment tools\nActive Directory and basic networking\nAsset management/inventory tracking\nEnterprise or government IT support experience\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED\n#ST1\nEnterprise Solutions Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
