Oak & Ash Events is a published event rental co. based in Tampa, with a focus on sophistication and modern event design. Catering to weddings and events throughout the Florida Suncoast, the OAE inventory is comprised primarily of tabletop, furniture and decor items, and our team takes great pride in delivering high-quality service and stunning rentals. Role Overview: The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for curating and creating content that showcases our brand’s luxury event offerings. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, has a strong sense of interior design aesthetics, and is eager to grow within the luxury event space. Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create visually appealing and on-brand content (images, videos, graphics) for our social media channels. Manage and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Monitor and respond to comments and messages to engage with our audience. Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and optimize performance. Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns and company goals. Requirements: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a social media-related field (or degree in progress). Experience in brand development and content creation, particularly in the luxury or event industry. Proficiency in major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a solid understanding of platform-specific strategies and best practices Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce compelling and on-brand social media content Exceptional creative skills, with an eye for detail and design. Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the table. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
