This is achieved through continuous improvement, accurate documentation, associate training, line condition, successful new launches, and driving the culture to always learn and improve. The achievement of these goals will directly lead to the company goals of zero defects and 100% on-time delivery with IATF Compliance.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nCoordinate all activities with the IATF Registers office and auditors;\nReport IATF corrective actions to Director of Quality and Executive Management;\nCoordinate all IATF meetings and maintain yearly IATF requirements;\nMaintain and improve upper level documentation;\nSchedule and Perform internal audits. Continuously improve using the audits;\nUnderstand and uphold IATF Standards;\nKeep KAC IATF Compliant using Risk Based thinking;\nTrain and motivate others on IATF concepts, standards and risk based thinking;\nRepresent QA during TPO, QSA, and Safe Launches. Support all departments;\nOther duties assigned by immediate Supervisor or Manager on an as needed basis.\nJob Requirements:\nThis position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited institution or five years of related experience may substitute for a college degree. Three years of IATF Standards and Auditing practices is preferred. This position will focus on stamping, plastics, assembly, and welding. This position also requires the ability to read drawings and communicate specifications. Microsoft skillset is required. The IATF Coordinator must have the ability to communicate across all departments both internal and external. Communication skills across multiple department levels is required.
