We’re on the hunt for a Process Engineer extraordinaire to join our dream team in Salisbury. As our new Process Sorcerer you will optimize our manufacturing processes, turbo‑charge our efficiency, and ensure our products are of the highest quality. Due to the top‑secret nature of our products, you must be a U.S. citizen.\n\nHere’s what you’ll be doing in this role:\n\nDevelop, implement, and maintain procedures that run smoother than a freshly oiled machine.\n\nAnalyze existing processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.\n\nCreate SOPs, work instructions, and process flow charts that are clear and detailed.\n\nDesign process control systems and quality assurance measures that are robust and dependable.\n\nWork collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and elevate product quality.\n\nConduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.\n\nManage process improvement projects from concept through implementation.\n\nProvide technical support and training to build a highly capable team.\n\nStay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to promote continuous improvement.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.\n\nParticipate in new product development and process scale‑up activities.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).\n\nMinimum of 5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nProficiency in CNC programming and equipment operation.\n\nExperience with electronic assembly, REF assembly, soldering, and PCB board placement.\n\nFamiliarity with quality systems and ERP systems such as SAP.\n\nSix Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience (Yellow or Green Belt preferred).\n\nStrong problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.\n\nExcellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.\n\nKnowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing settings.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWe believe different perspectives and backgrounds help our company flourish.
