This is an opportunity to work on leading underwear, intimates, and loungewear brands.Responsibilities:Own bulk production approvals and risk assessment, teaming with creative leads for the first season to re-establish standardsProactively manage factory communication and escalationEnsure accuracy of development-to-bulk alignment within the Design teamLeverage advanced knowledge of production standardsEnsure development approvals translate accurately into bulkIdentify recurring issues and implement corrective action plansContinuing cross-functional communication between Design, Sales, and ProductionLead and develop a junior team member and elevate overall team capabilityQualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience in a related role in fabric and trim, product development, or productionIn depth understanding of knits and wovensIntimates and underwear experience a plusExperience communicating with factoriesLeadership skills and management experienceStrong Excel skillsAirtable experience a plusAnnual salary range starting at $75,000+The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
