Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.\r\nThis position is contingent upon contract award.\r\nHow Role Will Make an Impact:\r\nDTT SME in Intel\r\nSupports live and constructive Mission command training.\r\nMaintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs are provided the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios.\r\nMaintains DTT flexibility in team member composition to provide modular training support requirements to low density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.\r\nWorks with the TUC to manipulate the OPORD or scenario to meet the unit's needs and to provide a realistic training event.\r\nWhat You'll Need to Have to Join Our Award-Winning Team:\r\nClearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.\r\nMust have previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background and preferably CTC experience.\r\nA Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience in the specific primary War Fighting Function at Battalion or higher.\r\nPrevious Battalion or higher commander preferred (or similar).\r\nSpecialized functional areas could be 04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer with battalion level experience.\r\nAt least 6 years' combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or similar).
