Installation Manager – Commercial Kitchen Projects

The Kitchen Guys are growing, and our projects have reached a point where field execution needs dedicated leadership. We’re looking for an experienced Installation Manager to take ownership of our jobsites, lead crews, and ensure installs are executed correctly, without constant oversight.
This is a hands-on field leadership role. You must be comfortable on active jobsites, reading drawings, catching issues early, and holding crews to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing installation crews across multiple commercial jobsites
Translating plans, submittals, and scopes into clear field execution
Ensuring proper sequencing, access, and finish quality
Identifying and correcting issues before they become punch list items
Holding crews accountable and setting clear expectations
Communicating clearly with operations, project managers, and vendors
Preparing jobsites for inspections, startups, and closeout
What We’re Looking For:
Strong field background in commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, or related trades
Proven experience leading crews and running jobsites
Ability to read drawings and think ahead
Confident decision-maker in the field
Calm under pressure and consistent about standards
Experience with healthcare, higher education, or institutional projects is a plus (not required)
What This Role Is Not:
Not a desk job
Not micromanagement
Not a check-in or coordinator role
We need someone who can own the field and bring structure, accountability, and consistency to installs.
