This role works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams to maintain reliable testing operations, support new product introductions, and resolve production issues.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSet up, operate, and support test and burn-in equipment used in manufacturing.\nTroubleshoot and repair test equipment, systems, and products to minimize downtime.\nPerform software loading, firmware updates, and system configuration activities.\nConduct product testing, verification, and diagnostics to ensure products meet quality standards.\nReview test results and identify opportunities for process improvements.\nSupport preventive maintenance activities and coordinate repairs when equipment issues occur.\nAssist with new product introductions, test program development, and equipment implementation.\nTroubleshoot electrical, hardware, software, and network-related issues on production units.\nRead and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.\nDocument failures, track recurring issues, and support corrective action activities.\nProvide technical guidance and training to team members as needed.\nFollow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nAssociate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Military Technical Training, or equivalent experience preferred.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, electronics testing, troubleshooting, or related technical fields.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with electronic systems, hardware, software, and test equipment.\nAbility to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.\nFamiliarity with firmware updates, system configuration, and diagnostic tools.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
