This approach gives businesses access to large group purchasing power, experienced HR expertise, and scalable infrastructure typically reserved for larger organizations.Working alongside broker partners, PrestigePEO helps businesses build stronger teams, remain compliant in complex regulatory environments, and focus on sustainable growth.Job summary: The incumbent will support the VP of Financial and Retirement Services, and the Retirement Services Supervisor as needed for all aspects of a multiple employer (MEP), pooled employer (PEP), and outside client retirement savings plans for participating client worksites and their employees.Roles & Responsibilities:Plan Administration and AuditingProcess employee requests (enrollment/change, incoming rollover, loan, distribution, hardship withdrawals)Processing Bonus Deferral Election Forms, K1 Contributions, and Verifying/Approving Quarterly ForceoutsApprove/Deny Distribution RequestsAudits plans through weekly Databridge API Verifications, Variance Reports, and Slavic Import FailuresOnboarding Retirement (Incumbent will assist with)Plan set-ups and first payrollsNew clients in completing required plan documents, ensuring a smooth transition for new plansSales team to provide marketing materials to prospects, attending sales calls when requested and providing plan comparisonsMaintaining new client onboarding records to track new plan setups and update dailyTransition of retirement plans from acquisitionsSalesforceEnter Cases and Records. Track projects and communications with clientsCustomer Service (Incumbent will assist with)New client questions and inquiriesResearch and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment, deferrals, remittance, plan design and complianceUpdate payroll system with enrollments and contribution changes as necessaryCompletes corrections for missed deferrals and matches when they ariseRun and provide clients with census reports upon requestExperience: Basic knowledge of Benefits and Retirement Plans. Candidates must possess the ability to learn quickly and work seamlessly across multiple teams with light supervision.
