Our focus is to expand our technology lead, acquire and integrate less efficient competitors, and tap into new segments through an integrated inbound marketing and sales approach.\nJob Overview:\nABC is currently seeking a Program Manager who will serve as a confident leader and strategic driver for our patented digital service platform, Service Acceptance.\nThe Program Manager will act as the company-wide program owner and subject matter expert, responsible not only for defining the program vision, roadmap, and features, but also for driving alignment, removing roadblocks, and ensuring successful adoption across the entire organization.\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership, to champion the program from concept through launch and continuous improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, decisiveness, and the ability to lead through influence.\nThis position is hybrid remote, located in Seattle, WA.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Leadership & Development\nServe as the primary program leader and decision-maker\nDevelop, own, and clearly communicate the program vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals\nDefine, prioritize, and manage program features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs\nIdentify, anticipate, and proactively remove organizational and technical roadblocks to keep the program moving forward\nCreate and maintain detailed program documentation, including requirements, user stories, workflows, and wireframes\nTranslate complex legal, compliance, and operational needs into clear, actionable program requirements\nAct as the voice of the program across the company, ensuring alignment from frontline teams to executive stakeholders\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nTrain and support internal teams and customers to drive program adoption and success\nPartner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure program features meet regulatory and industry standards\nWork with Marketing and Sales to define go-to-market strategies, program positioning, and messaging\nInsights, Metrics & Continuous Improvement\nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities\nMonitor program performance using key metrics and customer insights\nUse data, user feedback, and business outcomes to continuously iterate and improve the program\nSkills and Qualifications:\n2-3 years' experience in product/program management or a closely related role\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas to diverse audiences\nExperience with CRM platforms or enterprise software preferred\nProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, IT, Compliance, and Account Management\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and experience managing competing priorities\nExperience navigating ambiguity and driving progress in complex, regulated environments\nComfort owning outcomes and being accountable for program success company-wide\nWe know that a company's success starts with its employees.
