The Trade Desk Analyst will be embedded on our trading desk and will report directly to the Senior Traders/Desk Head(s) and will be heavily involved in the operations of a young, dynamic, and global proprietary trading firm.\nResponsibilities Work in a fast-paced technology-based trading environment with daily interaction across multiple business units, including the front office, IT and accounting\nOwnership of the daily/intraday trade, position, and PnL reconciliation\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with the exchanges, regulators, clearing firms, and counterparties\nCreate and maintain policies, business procedures, and practices to help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations\nPerform ad hoc project work as needed\nRequired Skills Advanced understanding of matching and settling trades: Domestic/International Equities, ETF's, Futures, and Options\nFamiliarity with a computer programming language, preferably SQL and/or Python\nAttention to detail and excellent follow-through skills\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nAbility to quickly learn and research new tools, procedures, and structures\nCapable of handling multiple projects simultaneously\nSelf-starter with a strong desire to make processes more efficient\nProblem solver with superior analytical and reconciliation skills\nProven trustworthiness and performance under the highest ethical standards\nBenefits and Perks Competitive salary with discretionary annual bonus\nFully paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance\nFully stocked kitchen; free breakfast and lunch every day on-site\nTuition Reimbursement Program\n401(k) with employer match\nFlexible Spending Plan\nCommuter Benefit Program\nOld Mission is not accepting unsolicited resumes from any staffing/search firms.
