The CarPool Program is an extension of this mission, providing franchise development training, lead management, qualification, and sales process support for franchise brands through a streamlined, partnership-driven approach.The Role:The Sales Support Specialist will uphold the highest standards of support for our team, clients, and business partners. This person will have exceptional organizational, communication and technology skills while also being accountable and able to adapt to the multiple responsibilities that come along with working in a small company where everyone must be willing to expand beyond their normal day-to-day roles.Key Responsibilities:Data entry utilizing Franchise CRM systemRegister franchise leadsCommunicate registration confirmation with consultantsBrand territory checks using mapping softwareScheduling/Rescheduling candidate CallsManagement of Inactive AccountsValidation/Leadership weekly email & text remindersLead Status ReportingMinimal qualification of organic leadsAdministrative responsibilities including but not limited to:Answer incoming calls / make outbound calls.Coordinate client, consultant, and employee appreciationCoordinate client and office eventsVendor relationsFilingMail managementCalendar managementMaintain office organization and cleanlinessWilling to take on any additional administrative responsibilities as neededFirst Impression of Franchise FastLane on phone calls and to office visitorsBack up to other sales support, operations, human resources, and marketing roles as neededMaintaining consultant network portals with current brand informationQualificationsDegree from a 2 or 4-year school or equivalent experience preferredProven work experience as a sales support agentExperience in franchising is preferred, but not requiredGeneral business knowledge is a plus, in-order to explain franchise opportunities
