Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Data Testing Engineer located in Hamilton, NJ. The Senior Data Testing Engineer will be responsible for implementing and executing data testing frameworks to ensure data quality and reliability. Core tasks will include creating and running test cases, validating data across systems, identifying discrepancies, and automating testing procedures. The role also involves collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy in reporting and analytics systems. Qualifications Data Quality Assurance: Proven experience in data validation, data testing methodologies, and identifying data discrepancies.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and database management systems.Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks for data testing.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address data inconsistencies and errors.Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamworking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in data operations.Experience with Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud-based data platforms is preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.Additional Experience: Knowledge of machine learning, big data technologies, or scripting languages like Python is a plus.
